depends where you live, the weather and terrain and what you plan on using your bike for the most. I personally preffer decent road tyres compared to the trailie type tyres as the trailie tryres seem to slip on drains and damp roads more then a decent set of road tyres.
If you plan on going greenlaning alot then go for the Metzelers or something of a similar style.
Avoid cheap tyres, unless you are selling the bike after fitting them. Cheap tyres are crap to be ohnest, they dont grip as good.
