Tyre sizes - Trail riding
Permalink

Hello.

Have just got a Yamaha DTR 125 2003.

The current tyres are Front Bridgestone /TW25, Size 2.75-21 45P
                              Rear  Bridgestone /TW44, Size 4.10-18 59P

Am looking to replace with tyres more suitable for trail riding. A  21" for the front and 18" for the rear, but have seen that there are different widths of 18" and 21" (eg Michelin AC10 Enduro tyre come in 120/90 18" AND 110/100 18" and Im not sure which will fit or be more appropriate for the bike.

In order that I dont buy the wrong size, any advice would be appreciated.

n anyone recommend good road legal tyres for green laning/trail riding?

most 18'' and 21'' off road motocross tyres will do the job m8 i dont think things like tyre width will make that much difference for off road apart from covering more surface area

ive always bought part worn motocross tyres theres plenty about and not expensive to replace when they get thrashed over fields

hope this helps
