CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES TO SUPERMOTO...

Now i got a problem...

I have a dt 125 re 56 and i need more grip onroad, i obviously know you will never get the wheels to look /perform anywhere near as well as the DTX setup but for the money it just realy isnt worth it and i aint gonna stick a ****ty secondhand setup on a 500miles bike.....

So could anyone suggest a good set of supermoto'ish tyres for the standard wheels or even pictures realy struggerling to get any ideas on how it would look / handle i also want to know how wide a tyre i could put on the back as i recon it would look more sm with a wider sliker tyre but then its gonna proberly be let down by the bicycle wheel on the front... ? any advice be much appreciated oh and by the way im Joe from Kent (only just signed up).

Cheers
