i didnt no were to put it so i put it in here im after a coloured ie blue renthal chain and sprocket for a 07 dtr any one no where to get them from or if they even do them for 07 dtr cheers
I know that in a local dirt bike shop they told me that renthal chains and sprockets aren't worth the money you pay for them he reckons that the normal priced ones are just as good.
IIRC the renthal sprocket will only fit a 17 inch rear wheel . Was told this by some random shop so dont hold me to this . Also OEM is usually more expensive than Renthal , I know the 520 conversion was cheaper than buying 2 sprockets and a chain from scamaha
You got to think about the companies and what it's worth to them man . A big MX company wont have time to make bits for a road bike like the DT , some places do but their main market is offroad mainly , hence the YZ gets so many cool parts and we get jack
on the talon site for that gold chain they have like 8 or 9 diffrent 1s not sure what one will fit as there diffrent pitch sizes confused on what one is the right one to get?
also the standerd dt size rear sprocket is 57 tooth is that right?
520 is just a HUGE chain and cool front and rear sprocket . It's twice the size as the Dt one , I personally dont know the benefits yet as I've not even fit it lol . But apparently its the conversion to have .

For the whole thing , chain and 2 sprockets I think it came to near £90 , still cheaper than getting the OEM ones . Best thing to do is call BC express when you can , they have all the listings on what will and wont fit your bike
