well the guy in the 4x4 is trying ti claim from me for damage to his range and personnel injury for neck shoulder and chest pains the **** went from stand still to hitting me within 2 meters.
need to call my insurance up and speak with them as not spoke to them in 5 weeks lol going throw a 3rd party company for my personal injury claim and there's nothing to claim for on my dt as everything was already damaged and worried it get cat b'ed as i bent the frame when i fliped and bent it back with some scafolding.
just need to see how it goes as hes saying i under took him as he turned but thas not 100% true he was stoped on the right hand side of the lane without any indicator and no cars in front of him so as i approach i move over to pass a stationary car on the inside and boom he turns in front of me into the side ride it was either i ride into the side of it and well ruin the dt or swerve and try and miss so i went for the try and miss option

got a witness that has stated he did not indicate and he has said i undertook him but hopefully just hopefully they will see what he said does not make any sense with what me and the witness has said
I don't think you have a leg to stand on, join up to BCF post on there the full story with them paint pictures, they all know the steps to take with insurance etc better than me, they'll help you out the best, I've had some cracking advice on biking from them guys.

im all fine with legal help mate got a company out from my insurance to deal with my claim.
from what the solicitor has said he thinks the worse case is it goes 50/50 as he did not indicate and they should see there is no way i can get onto the pavement wear i ended up if he turned into the road all normal like i would of hit the side of the 4x4 but for me to get in front of it they can see he is lieing about something
