edc standard are good enough. last at least 5k miles.. use ebc sintered for offroad or racing as they work better when hot but you need to be racing else you prob wont notice a difference.. goldfren are good too.. kyoto are cheap tbh. would chose ebc over kyoto..

well ive ordered the goldfren ones element, they seemed descent and were on the same price level as EBC on wemoto .... and then i found the set for cheaper on ebay! will give em a good smile.gif

How are those pads you ordered? Have you noticed a difference since you fitted them?

Ive just bought the same ones for my bike gonna be fitting them in the next few days!

Ive never tried the goldfren just heard people say they are good. Ive only ever used the normal organic ebc's cos they are the best for lifespan and I can ride 10mins and pick them up from the local bike shop:)

fray ive got the same ones thing is you wont notice any difference until the pads are bedded in to the discs. You may find the brakes feel worse.

Cheerz for that woll, ive fitted mine today. They do feel a bit weak atm, gonna take it easy on them for a week or so to bed them in

you might need to bleed your brakes once theyve bedded in aswell

I normally rub the pads on some wet n dry on a piece of glass to take the glazing off then when riding around do a good few harsh brakes on a hill @ like 30 and they bed in almost straight away.. within 50 miles they are perfect.. shouldnt need to bleed the brakes unless you released the nipple to get the piston back in..
