Why would you want it to be done? I thought the 2002 cdi was more setup for emissions rather then power.. Also the 2004 onwards can be electronically de-restricted just by earthing 1 wire so no faffing about with the actual powervalve or the pulleys.
Also just thought on, since the E in DTRE stands for Electric start i think it would be abit tricky adding the electric start to the 2002 model, which dont have the necessary wires for a starter motor. If you modify the DTRE engine to have a kick start instead of the starter motor that will save you time adding wires to the loom and also save you money on the right hand side switch gear (where the electric start button is)
