I have these tyres on my bike when I purchased it...

Back: michelin IV 140/80-18 Enduro Competition MC70R

Front: michelin IV 90/90-21 MC54R

As you can see by the pictures I think the back one possibly needs replacing, my question is, can I mix the back with another tyre of similar type?

Are these tyres ok for road too (I mainly greenlane and just go to and from track on road) or would they be totally unsuitable for road use?  If I had my way I wouldn't go on road at all as just into offroad, so offroad has to be most use for them.

I also have no idea of the pressures to use on these, as it just says a max pressure on tyre.

ManY Thanks

Erm, if i was using the bike on the road alot then they would be horrible, definitely a danger in the wet. But as you wont be, they would be fine for quick trips, be careful in the wet.

The rear you might wanna replace, bit dodgy to be honest. Will be fine to mix n match tyres just dont go and put a road one on (you wont anyway cuz of greenlaning but anyway lol!) same type of tyre would be best.

Yep, good for the money apparently, dont last as long as bridgestone, michelin etc. but cost half the price.

I was thinking only thing with this type of tyre is the size of the chunks on it, as they probably wear fast... you are right though I found Mich's for £75 and these are £59 but apparantly voted one of the better ones...

You think judging by that pic I outta get some sooner rather than later and is there an alternative same kinda tread you would reccomend?

I like these mich's as they high and i'm pretty tall so make bike stand hire...

Thanks again
