powdercoat will end up costing over £150 in parts you'll have to replace , bearings, collars etc

trust me spraying is easier

confuse
You got ripped off, bearings are £5 each at the most. And you can get away with the rubbers if you take them out carefully. Bushes Should be ok if routine maintenance has been carried out.

yeah well as you already know I did it on a 20 year old bike

swingarm bearings genuine from Yamaha are not £5 each either, cannot be asked to dig out my receipts but if you know somewhere that do them for that price post it up
I even called the main UK bearing dealer and was told the specific bearing is not common therefore only imported by Yamaha and 1 or two other places.

I had loads of people telling me where to try and none of them had them

call around but that's what I learnt

I believe that about them not being £5 lol this is scamaha we're talking about :P. But if dtrdave is correct then these are the correct bearings

http://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/p8279/HK2220+Drawn+Cup+Type+Needle+Roller+Bearing+With+Two+Open+Ends+22x28x20mm/product_info.html

I've taken the swing arm off and im gonna change the bearings while i've got it off, they don't really need doing but it wont' do any harm. I just need to knock the old bearings out and double check the measurements.

How are ya mate anyways? longtime no speak
