put new fork seal in my mates dt today but they are seal leaking
before we checked the legs for marks and gave them a good clean and put back together with new seal.new dust seals.new fork oil...but are still leaking.
what to check next or what else will need replacing if anything

As Dave said, or the seals are crap. I had the same problem when i did my bandits forks, three different seal makes until i found some decent ones. They've lasted for 6000 miles so far.
we think we have sorted it now a tad to much fork oil....but only time will tell....cheers for the help guys.
now to sort my p$$s bike out now

I had this with mine. When you fit the front wheel dont tighten it up straight away,leave it loose and roll the bike and brake hard so the forks find their own place on the spindle then tighten.This stops pressure the fork seals if they are pulled or pushed off centre.
