My DT125R SM.. full DEP, Brembo Brake
Permalink

Hi, new member here. Just bought my first motorbike yesterday and looking forward to many happy years together with it :)

I am the third owner of this bike, the first was a bike mechanic (appartently), the second guy bought it, hardly rode it and it sat up in his garage until I bought it.

The bike is how I bought it. Going to remove and sell the storage box on the back as it doesn't lock. I might get a luggage rack instead...

Front Brembo:

DEP pipe:

Oil in exhaust (is this normal? I read it's a side effect of some two stroke oils?):

In need of a clean and polish. I might heat wrap it? :

Mileage:

Less miles than mine!! I'm gutted tbh cry

Oil from the exhaust just means that the 2 stroke oil mixture is abit too much, i find it normally comes out where the exhaust joins onto the engine though..

I dont think having the oil mixture a little bit too much is a bad thing, i've done it with mine just to make sure it's getting enough, thats always better then not having enough oil shocked.gif

And i personally wouldn't cover your DEP up, just keep it clean/dry and try and keep the rust off to keep it shiny and that makes it look sweet as biggrin

And I'd get rid of the storage box thing too, looks abit goofy if you ask me

How much did it set you back anyways? Seems like most of the stuff we do to our bikes on here (DEP system, renthal's etc) are already done for you smile
