hi ive bought a dtr that has has the engine number rubbed of.
The frame number is still there and is v5 registered is this going to effect its road legal status?
Or am i worrying about nothing?

probably means the engines stolen tbh, does the frame number look like its been restamped?

the frame number looks ok the frame has been powder coating since though

that sounds okay, usually you get it hand stamped all over the place if its been done dodgy

when i 1st got my dt the 1st thing my mates did was check if there was an engine number because none of there dt`s have them ... my engine has got no numbers dont normally effect its road legal status its the frame numbers needed
