just put some new tyres and extra heavy duty maxxis tubes :) got some maxxis ones again same as had last time as they last for ages only and great on and offroad.

the rear tyre i got around 3900miles out of it could still use it tbh the fronts gots loads left that everyday use aswell could of still used the old rear for a couple hundred miles its the one behind the new one in the 3rd picture
not really once you get the hang of it it fine just get a decent set of levers bars n rim protectors oh and plenty of lube i use abit of fairy liquid in a squirty bottle. fronts a peice of cake backs abit harder just make sure u dont pinch the tube when your putting em back on iv done it a few time right pain in the arse
