You can get ready made kits http://motors-parts.shop.ebay.co.uk/Motorcycle-Parts-Accessories-/14780/i.html?_nkw=dt+jack&_catref=1&_fln=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m282 Or make your own but I don't have a clue how to do that, sure someone on here does tho. If its the older style of dt you could just get a hipres fender and tail tidy if you haven't already
you can adjust the suspension to about 5-8mm, (was all I could do to mine, unless it'd been partially done before, not sure) which makes no differnce at all tbh, if you leave your DT on the stand that 5mm jack from the spring will just eventually re-lower it's self over a very short period of time, so best bet is to buy the jack-up kit, takes less stress from your spring and raises it a heck load higher, I've just bought myself a set of these now, good job I stumbled across this thread, I'm 6"4 and by-heck I needed these

+ personally, I'd never "make my own" of anything like this, these take a lot of stress, and if you make them wrong, just think of the danger you're putting yourself in if they snap, i'm not too sure anyone here would make these, would be a pretty risky thing to attempt imo.

You can adjust the pre-load on the rear spring , tht helps with the sag n keep it a bit higher, iv got mine on full load but it's not enough tbh(u need to tighten the 2 nuts under the shock all the way up to do this), my dad has got some shorter dogbones made up for me (shorter=higher longer=lower) I got em 10mm shorter , I will post up pics and info after there fitted ,
U can make ur own as long as u use high tensile/stainless steel and make them the same thickness as standard, I plan on making a load myself to sell to members , will let u know on that one
you can get the rear up nicely with shorter links, the different length that bradders is saying i've found to be too twitchy at speed as it alters the rake at the front quite a bit, i put longer stiffer springs in the fronts forks to bring the front end up a little to sort this, jacks the bike up nicely though, though if you want as much suspension travel as possible the shorter the better like me and bradders as were both into offroad

i dont want mine heigher but i would like less rider sag off the rear,, what tools did you lads use to tighten the rear nut of the bottom off the shock cos iv got noting to get in there with . is there a special tool or somthing
i just lift my bike up restin the frame on a stack of blocks undo the dog bones on the swingin arm so it dropes down then lift it right up and tie it to my seet and then use a big spaner. to adjust the sag. be VERRY CAREFULL not to knock it over as ur turning the spanner.
