They do look much better!! When you clean the old ones they still look dirty, and pretty much still are.

Think ill fold them 1st if no good then cut the badboys down.

Cheers!

How do you get them on? could you slip them over the bottom of the fork leg or would it tear it?

id imagen it would tear id just loosen off the bolts on the top and bottom yoke and slide the top of the forks out and slip it on XD

Mine are on order. :P taking forever to get here. I got those little plastic things on my forks, will they affect it?

Yes street cred will go down a bit lol

You wont technically need them anymore mate as the socks will protect the seals and the legs from chips. I took mine off, gained about 5bhp's lol . Any weight saved = a faster DT biggrin

http://www.mx1west.co.uk/acatalog/Acerbis_Fork_Gaiters.html

There's this thing called google ......... search and you will find!

Click the link above (or cut & paste) .... scroll down the page ..... you want the 365mm ones .... sorted

Stick the bike on a workshop stand (or beer crate), drop the front wheel off, undo the pinch bolts holding the fork leg, slide fork out of yolks, slide the gaiter over like a big condom with a whole in the end and refit the fork leg (obviously do this for both legs).

Cable tie the gaiters to hold them in place once you've got them how you want them. They will look like saggy stockings as soon as you sit on the bike.

OK ?

Reef you're very welcome my friend

Life would be soooo boring without the banter

Good luck with the socks - get a pic up on here when you've done 'em.
