does anyone know how to get more power from a dtr sm.it allready has dep exhaust and upgraded jets in carb but seems to be flat unless powervalve is jammed open.is it ok to jam it open permanently?
Disconnect the powervalve servo before you pin it too. Just unplug the wiring so it doesn't operate, may need to remove the tank to get to the little plug.
stripped out power valve last night,replaced it with a spare i had but seems the last owner had set it up wrong.it now pulls like a rocket.thanks for your advice.les
