ok so my wireing is been choped to crap iv looked throo loads of threds trying to find some info on it but i cant does the headlight only work when the bike is runing because i cant seem to get any voltege from any wire that is sopost to be attached to the headlight and i cant seem to find out why

on my 'RE' when you turn the ignition on the sidelight comes on, when you start the bike the headlight comes on.

Both my bikes had chopped looms :( I bought a new 1 saturday for £140 ):

when i rev my bike witht he head light on it dips and it shouldent any one no what might cause this hears a video

Erm, i can only turn my parking lights on with the igntion (after lock) but as soon as my bike is 'on' the lights only work with the engine running, so dont worry mate, im pretty sure this is how its supposed to be... for the 'R' version anyway.

my bad lol i clicked the wrong option i ment to click only people with the link so i can link and it will work lmao and bkray i have rised it has to be on (i think is a stupid idear tbh) but when i rev the bike it gets dim so at night i eather have to go slow so i can see wer im going or i rag it and can see crap and hit parked car lmao or something the only thing i can think is the regtifier but when my ts one blow nothing worked so im a bit confused

Toy man I jus watched ur vid mine is doin the same but alot worse my voltage is goos like 12-13v but wen I rev it it gets to a certain rpm the it jus drops off real bad to like 3v ..like smokey jus said ^ iv jus robbed steves reg rect to try it n spot on now, if I wer u m8 get a new coz it's jus gonna get worse

up date my brand new reg rec came today i went and fitted it and exactly the smae so that was a wast of £30 lol anyone have any outher idears
