Lol difficult but not impossible, I had to do it on saturday (didnt realise how incredibly low my psi was on both wheels!) took me a minute to work out how to get the bugger on but it can be done! front wheel is a piece of p*ss, back wheel is a struggle though..

yeh i managed the front wheel, i dread to think how low my rear has got lol, which side is it best to get it from? spricket or disk? o and i kept burning my finger on the disk lol
Disk side is the easiest in my experience, all I can say is when using the garage pump, be prepared to lose a few psi when you pull it off, unless you can get it off the valve quickly, it p*sses air out!
Much easier to get yourself a footpump, tenner down Halfords lol
