Project isn't finished until i change the wheels back over to my 'beefy' offroad tyres however i though i would share with you the near enough finished article.

my aim was to keep the bike looking standard as possible af though it was a modern version. 

completely standard:

Before;

 

After;

 

and a couple extra..

 

 

 

The only things im planning to do with the bike is;

swap the indicators over to my clear LED ones i have, im just too lazy.

Redo the white vinyl on the rear panels.

Paint fork legs and swing arm darker grey.

a black seat cover but not fussed when this is done.

Handguards to stay the same for the moment as for some reason i like them!

it's literally just chopped down by yourself buddy. i used these aluminum scissors although i dare say for this shape you could just use a hack saw, then to shape it up as i did a poor job cutting, i used a rotary sander and while the panel was on the bike i shaped it to how i wanted :). hope that helps.

Front mudguard is just a yzf 2010 mudguard
rear is a hpires one from Ebay £30
tailtidy was just one off ebay for about £25 i think.

 cheers buddy :) nearly mission acomplished.  cant wait to see it with the off road wheels back on.  need to get some numbers for it too!

 thanks mate,  they are 'TAG - T2' bar's... basically renthal fatbars but i have a feeling these arnt so wide which was better for road use. (filtering)
