Front forks stiff after rebuild??

Just installed new oil and dust seals with some fresh 10w castrol fork oil. The problem is the forks now sag about 2 inchs with no load, and also alot stiffer then before. Oil level is correct 165mm oil level from botton like the manual says....so WTF is going on?hmm

Erm, ive got the sumo setup on, but when i had the fork seals done, i had 10w put in, but the forks were so soft (sagged) and everytime i used my front brake, nose would dip, then suddenly become pretty hard. i believe you need a heavier grade oil...
