hi, just put my dt back to gether and started her up to make sure all the electrics were fine, atm the header tanks blanked off untill i get a new hose, whats the best way to rout it without kinks, im thinking that it goes through the holes in the frame under the fuel tank,
will get a walk around video if anyones intersted
almost finshed
-bleed coolant
-connect header tank
-adjust oil pump
clean all greasy finger prints
charge battery, tyre pressures then Back on the road she goes
then will be looking into relacing the wheels onto black/blue/gold rims

Maybe I am just being thick here aswell when someone says header tank hose lol can you translate please cos the only hose I can think of which goes around the frame is the hose that comes out the top of the rad pipe to the over flow
as standard doesn't it run down the frame and then take a right mission around the airbox in a recess that is their for it, personally i junked the catch tank and aimed it at the chain guard, gives a good indicator if your being that little bit too mean to the bike ;)
hi there sir my bike has a pipe from the coolant top up bottle at the left rear of my dt and has a pipe going thre the frame too were dose this pipe go and is it possible for some show me a picture of there dt125 with hose and pipes on so i can see were my pipes go Cheers
