The guy overtaking deserved it but the other coming down the hill didn't, shame it wasn't a combine harvester coming down the hill after having its blades sharpened.

They are absolutely deadly dangerous on the roads in a lot of the other parts of the world and I reckon it's mainly because they are very religious in these countries. They basically leave it up to God (or the gods or what ever), they take silly risks and think "well, if God wants me to die, I will die- if he wants me to live, I will live" so they don't even take responsibilty for the risks they take and the danger they create. Even when I was Crete earlier this year, most people drive like lunatics and there are little shrines on the side of the roads everywhere where people have been killed and that's a pretty modern European state! Imagine what it's like in India and places like that. But I really do reckon it's to do with how religious the populations are
