shortend dep back box inners ???

i striped and a cleaned my dep back box inside was a pipe and (some fluff ) lol i took it out re cleand and put back together will it sound better ??? havent tryed my self currently doing a top end rebulid

Did you replace the old 'fluff' with new packing,as its best to, ebay sells it pretty cheap.

no i didnt i left it as i empty back box thought it might sound a bit better or am i way off lol ??

itll be really ****ing loud n not in a nice way imo and it will leak thick black oily **** out the end or just slowly fill up like mine did

ahhh i see it polished up reli nice so you recommed the fluffy crap going back in ? what about the pipe with hundreds of hole in can that stay out ?

Aye mate, i ran a shortened with no packing and it was proper loud and a vile sound at top end rev's like a screachy horrible sound! makes some nice pop's tho!

I dont think it sounds all that bad. But all the crud that will come out the end can would be a mess. When i looked at mine i took some of the fluff out but still have more then enough in there to take more out if needed. Imo the fluff is there just to catch the crud and nothing else so have some in there.
