hi guys i blew the dt upday after taking it apart i found a small peice of the piston missing now the rings and fine un harmed my question is i had a rebore and a new piston 200 miles ago now the bore looks unscored would i be able to put in a new piston and rings or will it need another rebore ????

make sure u flush the bottom end out b4 u do

yeah will do do you think i can get away with just a new piston and rings mate or will it need reboring agian ?

id just stick a new piston in it mate

but depends if theres any lines in the bore or not, just run a honing tool down it to clean the bore up ready for some new rings

yeah thats what i was thinking or some superfine sandpaper and oil
