is the bulb suppose to come out of the metal cup that it sits in the head light??
or is it one piece
all ther bulbs i can fine are just the normal ones with the flat round edge with the 3 locator tabs
does any one no what i mean....

The cup is the retaining ring, just holds the bulb inplace mate, if you aint got one yet get some of these dude, as standard car H bulbs wont fit

I got one in mine "huge improvement" and no loss in power, and a nice blue tint to the lamp when lamp is off!!!Blinners
