Am looking at buying a rear black hpires rear mudguard for my 2000 Dtr125 and on the ebay ad it says not for LC :/

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GARDE-BOUE-ARRIERE-CROSS-NOIR-YAMAHA-DTR125-DTR-125-/400279977060?pt=FR_JG_Moto_Pi%C3%A8ces&hash=item5d328bbc64

Will it go straight on, or do i have to mod anything?

i dont wanna buy it and it be a total waste of time etc...

Do you have a DT 125 LC? If so it won't fit
If you have a normal DTR 125 then it will fit.. Simple

But to my knowledge LC's are decades old (mid 80's)
And the DTR's started from 88 onwards

Personally I've never fitted one but from what I can remember on here it seems it bolts straight on..
BUT.. People with RE's (2004 onwards) Had to mod the mudguard to make it fit,
Neither of them (DTR or RE's) needed their seat modding to make it fit as far as I'm aware, seems like it would be too much hassle for me

I have 1 on mine, no modding required, might have to buy another tail tidy though, there's a good 1 on eBay for £15 new
