just been looking on ebay and there's a 1984/5 mk1 dt125lc going for £1300.i wanted on of these but could not afford £850 for a new one (my dad would not let me get a second hand bike)ended up with a suzuki gp 100 fell of it a week  latter and smashed the right side up ...still i could bounce better then biggrin

had a 125mx and that was faster than my mates dt125 lc mk1 he was 19 stone mind you

dt 175 engine... will it fit a 125 frame?

I don't think the DT 175 was meant to be quicker or much of a step up from the 125
So IMO would be rather pointless

oh isit? eff that then, i'll just shove on my athena kit soon then, been dreading having to do a complete bottom end rebuild to fit it tho, seen a lot of bad reviews about them, but then again alotta good ones, so i'm pretty hesitant on whether to fit it, and i really don't wanna sell it as it cost me an utter wedge and it's pretty much a family heirloom now, lols
