Take a pat on the back chaps you have saved a new boy a shed load of time and nale biting head scratching  as you know I am the new boy and am trying to give a new leas of life to an old 89 girl in need of loads of TLC and as I pushed her in to the danger zone (my shed) I switched the lights on and nothing ignition turned on nothing thought oh well another job to the list and the other night as I was worked up waiting for parts I was thinking of having a look at the lights to see if I could trace some folt or other and then as it was late so disided to leave it till the next day and came on here and as new boys do went for a wander round and clicked on to the electrics section and what hit me right between the eys lights not working without the engine running ??? cor that was lucky could have been in there for weeks on that one THANKS GUYS just shows having thins in proper places is helpful and it also shows have a look on here BEFOR you start NOT AFTER

lol yea dont go buying new lights for it jus yet! lol only on the 05

hahaha i did the same thing myself a year ago electrics are knackered bikes no good engine wont run . bought a shed lol
got a new engine for it there was my lights wow i didnt have to fix nothing .
Its all worth it in the end when you get to ride it m8
