They can haha As a kid I was put on a quad (LT50 I think) Revved it and it pulled at my arm and I couldn't let go of the throttle! Smashed into a fence and had a lump on my head for about 2 weeks haha, I was only about 7 at the time and it was my first time on anything motorised, I wasn't even told where the breaks were lol
EDIT: This experience has nothing to do with my dislike of Suzuki

However why I say it is that in my local Motorworld there is a product for your car called 'Power Band' lol. Made me laugh.
I was in this shop that does performance tuning to two stroke engines and I saw these naive kids with a pit bike out the front. I managed to convince them that I bought a power band and installed it to my pit bike off the sales Clerk! I couldn't believe they actually bought it as they went to the clerk and asked if they could buy a Power band for their pit bike!
I think they knew there was no such thing when I burst into tears with laughter! haha
It's funnier when you get people that think there are 'powerband's' Then you BS them saying you can only get it in the first or last 3 gears or you can only get it in gears that are odd or even
I crashed a 50 once lol. Funny enough that was a suzuki!
Then i went on a Honda cr 85 tuned! I'd only been riding for about 3 months and my bike had no powerband and I flipped the bike lol! My friend didn't even care that I crashed his bike, just made sure I was alright. I was of course cause the track was caked in mud so it was pretty soft landing lol. And of course i was geared up!
Had a right idea.. Next time some plank asks about a power 'band' say you gave it too much hammer and it snapped and you've got one ordered and you're waiting on it turning up See how long you can lead them on with it haha
A few yrs back on ere all the talk was abt power bands n what colours they were ! think craig bulmer n a few others started it off as in " yeah mate fitted a blue n red p/b in my bike" , was aimed at noobs as i recall :)

Lol bikes can rip your arms off! I've had a lil go on some bonkers bikes! The Maico 700cc 2-stroke single cylinder will! Weighs 97kg and has 92 HP... Twice as much power weight ratio as a veyron :/
