The bit that got me most was the more expensive for existing customers than new ones so much for loyalty ,so that's Mondays job sort the Insurance out ,but with the ones I am with I can have 3 other bikes on the same policy for no extra so maybe will have to lump it and pay up but am defo going to look around and see

Try living in london...23 years old, the wr400 im getting,,,with imobilser, alarm, lock and in locked garage, for social only, with limited 5000 miles is £930.

will hve to go third party only then its like 480.

My dt with same security is £785 with £750 excess. I said to the person on the phone...so i pay 785 for the insurance, then if it gets nicked i pay 750 excess...and you give me a pay out of 1500? They said thats right...i said are you stupid? 'Sorry sir?'...well that would mean i would be out of pocket by £35 and have no bike, you donkey.

So third part only and its 230...last year when i lived in country side it was 127. MFW...

Had a quote of £366 from MCE, went to buy the DT and the seller told me it wasn't for sale when I was 10 mins away out of an hours drive...

Month later used the exact same quote (ref number as well) and went up to £780! apprantly the first price expired.. wtf

Searched around and paying £460, only paid £350 a few years ago on my last DT when I was 17.
