hi all i ordered a set of crank bearings when i came to fit them thay fit in ok

but when i screw the cace together the crank locks and i can only turn it just

but only with flywheel on loose i have not fitted the head so its not compression

they need to be 6205 r1s...there a special 16mm wide not the std 17mm

i did the same as u on my drz 400 came to close the cases and they were 2 thick
ull need

as you can see there the same 88-08 as i thought

u can sand them down like i did but they have to be perfect !!

hang about i thought they were supposed to be 6305r1's im gunna be ****ing pissed off if ive got the wrong ones in as my crank is ****ing about right now!

so is the dt125x using 6305r1s bearings? as thats what yambits have sent me..

Do a check on AJSuttons site for the bearings.. If they work out at about £50-£60 then they are the 6305r1 bearings.. The only difference is these ones are 16mm thick and the standard ones are 17mm
