Right guys and girls... Stripped the my carb down tonight to completely clean it ready for the first start of me bike on Saturday... Checking over the screws the mixer screw is naff and all chewed up... Any tips on trying to get it out or will I need a new carb? Cheers in advance

drill in to it with a 2 mm drill go about 4mm deep, then put it in the oven for 20-30 mins get it scortching hot

then tap a torx bit in the hole with a hammer then just unscrew it, thats how iv got the last 2 out that were stuk biggrin
