Hey,

Just bought these as an upgrade from the original yellow light bulbs:

They look pretty sweet and they also throw in the side lights to go with it to complete the look. See piccy's:

One thing though, not a 100% but my friend said it won't pass MOT with these lights? It's ok takes two seconds to swap back.

They will still pass as they are just halogen bulbs, is the light output pretty good?

Like the whiteness, I have a new headlight coming in the post. Idk wtf it's from so will get some as long as they will fit pretty decent for the price.

Check the rectifier/regulator too, see if thats getting hot, the wattage those headlights are kicking out, might be too much for it.

sorry to hi-jack the thread but i just bought a nice led 1W sidelight and i can't see how to fit it,
I took the headlamp unit off the bike and tried to pull the rubber cup holding the current side-light bulb out but it wouldnt budge
do i need to pry the headlamp cover off so i can access it from the front?

Lol. Regulator was getting warm.

No mate just pull the cable out the headlight. Might be a little stuck. Shouldn't break

Mer!

Took it for a spin in the dark and I'm not going to lie to you....I can't tell any difference. And if it's going to risk breaking the relay or regulator they i'd rather not and buy the 65w bulb. Does look smart though :)
