Sean, you do know that the loom is off a tzr125? going by the regulater/rectifier and the CDI anyroad.

Nah, my mistake Sean just looked at an RE wiring system mate, they must have changed to that type of CDI and reg/rect for later bikes.

It's just that a bloke selling a TZR 125 4dl CDI, is selling a reg/rect off same bike looks the same as the one on your loom.

haha just had the first shipment of parts come through, more to come but getting proper excited for the forum meetup and having my bike back! :P

 

parts in this batch are front and rear bleed nipples. Front 13tooth renthal 520 sprocket, rear shock, stainless steel allen bolt set and a full loom inc CDI, relays and the horn lol. Got the loom for £50, bargain!

Still to come are 520pitch red chain, red renthal 50tooth rear sprocket, new handlebars, grips, cyclone alarm, front fork seals and rear piston and seals kit for my brake caliper :D

 Hmm? looks identical to the plugs etc on my bike to be honest, this was apparently taken from a DTX.

 

Wouldn't it work anyway? They had the same engines lol :/

Ah yeah, probs different on the older DTs the CDI looks the same as the one on my RE lol, they go under the tank on the REs
