So yeah after ripping out my room to get a new carpet fitted i have lost the power cable which goes into the psu for the 360, slim version, ive found a cable with the same connectors and written on the plug it states

but the microsoft psu states next to the two pins:

15A 250V-

10A 250v-

(look like divison signs)

????

im unsure as obviously the cable i have found is a 10amp, 250v cable and the psu has that on it as well so why does it also say 15a 250v- ?? lol

Friggin electrics lol, just want to play xbox and get angry like that german kid playing unreal tournament, what a beasty game

id say it should be fine, if it turns on and runs ok then you should be okay, the psu doesnt let the xbox turn on if theres a power supply problem

I've got one of those brick ones. But I'm guessing the slims don't use the 'bricks' any more

My slim still has a brick all be it not as big but still able to throw through a window of a neighbour

Lol. I was just saying I've got a spare. But It came off the original core console. They have different inserts. The 1st generation of the 'Brick' lmao.

ah cheers mate for trying, yeah but got the old power supply as well, seen this on eBay but still don't know if i can trust it, the majority of ads are all converters coming from china and singapore lol, but watching one second hand unit with 1 day left so see how that goes first
