Ok so many already know but for those who don't or are new or, in this case, NEV here's how to do it. really simple.
Upload a video to a supported site, I would just say YouTube to make things easier.
Once it is all uploaded then you need to get the URL from the top of the page (see pic):
And paste it into the YouTube sign. See pic.
Then voila!

Excellent. Yeah It's been doing that to me as well. It isn't exactly perfect but hey hoe.
I think it's something to with the browser you'd be using or the flash software not updated.
