SM wheels and speedo difference?

Just a quick question really. Standard speedo drive, SM rims laced onto a standard DTR hubs, what would the difference be on the speedo?

 

Would it be lower or higher than the actual speed? And how much so?

would be about 5-10 mph faster then what your going look for a sm speedo drive on ebay
