Looking good mate, is that a choke lever on the handlebar btw? need to find a handlebar choke lever and cable for mine so i can go from manual to cable.

Oh aye when I did my caliper bracket, I got the caliper sitting on the disc where it needed to be, then cable tied the front lever to the handlebar, then measured up for the bracket, if that helps any.

i had a choke cable on my dt when i had the TM28 carb, the choke cable was from a SC125(same engine and carb as the dt)

was a bit short so i had it above the radiator, sold the carb on here with it

also tzr cables would fit

Aye a TM28 carb I bought couple of weeks ago has a cable on it, the barsteward on Ebay advertised it as a 4dl carb off a 95 TZR bike, since found they used a Dellorto as standard on the 4dl's, but choke cables a bit manky and twisted badly, plus looks well short to get to the bars, I remember putting a lever and cable on the Motorhispania last year, might whip that off, and see if that fits.

this is what iv used b4 or a similar one cheaper, for the choke lever, if u put a proper nut and bolt thru the small lever u can get it tight so it makes the lever stiff to hold the choke open when u flick the lever

any mx hot start/perch can be made to fit, then if u buy some push bike cable inner & outer u can make ur own cable to suit thats what i did on me rotac ccm 604

smile

When I took insurance out with Carole Nash they send you a small bottle with smartpaint stuff inside, bit like smart    water but you paint it on bike not sure how they check it like but stays invisible on bike till they do, aparently each one has different I.D coding too.
