The whirring..

Has almost stopped.

 

My powervalve used to make the dinstinctive noise when the ignition is turned on, now all I get is a weak whirring and sounds like it's struggling to do the cycle..

 

Any ideas? The battery is fine and all lights work without fail and no dimming..

might just need to clean the crud off the PV etc.

it works fine when under load, still feels the same etc..

Yeah but mine was going like you described, sounded sluggish when the ignition turned on, bradders said it was clogged up to hell. gotta be worth trying at least.

yeah mine does it when not started for the last 2 weeks charged battry

i have a trickle charger hooked up most of the time now keeps it tip top biggrin

bang on one of those 12v cig lighter do dahs Norfe, you can doctor the charger to fit in and charge the battery that way mate, saves taking off the panel, and battery screws etc, plus usefull for mobile phones, 12v air compressors for tyres etc.
