Lol, Finally got my girlfriend out and videotaped me ;)
Got the first one really good, but after a while my wrist was so thired from throttleling like that that we went home xD gonna get you some more & better vids later. This was also my first wheelies of today. I started my vacation now so basicly all i do is sleep xD And on some occations i go out and wheelie :D
The videos turned out thin, if you get what i mean, The screen isnt filled. I dont know why. anyone know if i can widen the picture ? It was filmed with a Iphone.
It's because the phone was held in the standard portrait way. The only way to widen it is to hold the phone in landscape and it'll make it look better too. If you widen this with an editing program, it'll end up distorted lol. Good wheelies though!
Ok. Il try telling my gf to hold the camera the right way next time ! xD

I know i can do better. But in one of the vids. where im passing by the camera while wheelieng, That one im pretty pleased with. Got the balance all right and shifted at the right times so i managed to hold balance pretty well. Only thing is i shifted to fifth gear at the end there, And i should really waited a bit longer before i did that, Thats why the front wheel dropped that time :(.
I dont think any of the other wheelies came out any good. I either shifted too early. Lost balance backwards and wasnt able to get it straight untill the front wheel dropped.
Haha good lad. After seeing your wheelies mine look ****. I can wheelie for a few yards in first but im not brave enough to shift to 2nd yet as I don't have a job now so can't replace broken parts. Also saying that I went road racing on Friday night and was ragging round tight corners on fresh knobblies so.. Im more than likely going to break something that way lol!
Shifting from 1st to 2nd is hard lol xD the power is too much to control, I start in 2nd and shift to third. Easier to control it when you get it into third.
How would it be easier to do it in 1st to 2nd gear lol ? xD

And lol just started thinking about your name, I tought there was something weird about it, and just remembered that Rex is the last name of our kings family, Like our kings name is Harald Rex xD
If you have it pegged open i recon your problem going from 2nd to third would be that your bike would be too weak to hold it up if you dont rev it like hell before you shift to third xD
Yeah that's what I mean, Wheeleing my bike is weird compared to others as I have little or no power before the band at 6k. My brothers ****ty chinese 4 stroke pulled away from me if I'm below the band in 3rd or 4th, If I slip the clutch enough I end up leaving in behind in no time. LOL.
With regards to wheeleing, I have to get it right in 2nd to keep the front up. If I do it at the start of the power band then it keeps going if I'm below the balance point until the end of the revs, which sometimes is about 20 yards.
I can wheely in first all I like as it's such a short gear I can just blip the throttle and let the clutch out to get it up, then small corrective blips for keeping it there. The only decent wheelies I do in 2nd at the moment are either coming out of a corner at mid RPM in second, or off a roundabout with enough revs left to pop the front up to show off abit :P I kept doing wheelies on Friday night on my little roundabout to roundabout rag though.. So a few people expected the bike to be bigger than a 125 as I was in 2nd at about 30 doing a wheelie then burning off up the road. People seem to be shocked it's only 125.. Hahaha.
And yeh, I've completely removed the Servo, so as it is it's just pegged to the hole inside and doesn't budge any :D
Thanks granty ! im hoping to get my gf with me tomorow and make a longer movie maybe, I downloaded windows movie maker so can try to cut more videos together and make a longer vid. With clips from different places, not just one line like this.
I took it off to see what difference it made with the powervalve open all the time. Then somehow I ****ed one of the cables so left it off. I can ride the bike around like a 50cc 4 stroke under the powerband and get epic MPG. OR ride like a lunatic and wheely everywhere and have **** mpg haha. Plus it's fun to watch chavs in their saxo try and race me and they think they're winning till I hit the powerband ;)
Must stronger from the bottom im shure. wich has to make it better to ride. And if the servo is set up correctly it should open 100% at the right time too right ?..
Or is the servo too slow. Like it doesent open fast enough. so having it open all the time makes the bike faster ?
I think my servo was faulty as it made no self checking noise at all at times and I didn't wanna start the bike for fear of it being ****ed. So turned it off and on a few times and it whirred to life but sounded sluggish even with a new battery. So I removed it alltogether and tbh, I prefer the punch in the chest I get when I hit the band. If I'm not holding on I'll end up off the back.. Just ask Barron ;)
Finally the correct way to hold the camera ;) I'm going out with my brother tonight so we'll get a video of me trying and failing ;). Bike looks good btw
I got some vids with a gopro from a friend of mine today. Mounted the cam with a suction cup to the tank. Looks pretty good. With some good wheelies.
But their so short. He let me loan the gopro for a day. So tomorrow im gonna go get some green laning vids for you + some wheelies with the gopro mounted on the bike ! hopefully its gonna be awesome !
