headlight ideas??

jus wonderin wat u lads like the look of for aftermarket headllights? i know what im after for the rest of my rebuild but still unsure on a headlight, if i cant find anything a/m i like, might jus go for the RE stock,

There's loads on the bay but if they're like mine then the lighting is sh!te - not much good for night riding.

Mine is fixed to the top of the forks with rubber 'bands'. Problem with this is the headlight points down too much - had to fit some bodge brackets for the MOT.

Good thing is it's real easy to fit and it's got brackets for the indicators. Also fits on with standard clocks.

Best one I've seen recently is one of NORFE's.

I find the Polisport MMX really nice. it's some weird bulb there original but it's easy to mod to get it brighter,
just cut in two notches on each side on a H4 and put two small treescrews in each notch, make sure you don't put the H4 upsidedown though :P

Looked at loads and it was the best by far as well, around £54 delivered off ebay - only one I would have considerd was the polisport MMX I think it was called, but the halo just looked better imo

Oh and yeah I wanted the RE at first but brand new was an absolute rip off and second hand I could hardly find the cowling and light together without spending £££ it just didn't seem worth it

But if you can get hold of one for cheap it would be nice

Wasn't an easy fit, had some modding but I've yet to find that is 'universal' and doesn't

Completely legal as well, high / lo beam + sidelights. Also has the adjustment screws
