So thank to my lapse security the bike was stolen during the weekend at some point. Thanks to them ragging the life out of it it now needs another new head gasket so I've pulled the engine out ready for another rebuild. Note the ghetto exhaust mounts lolol!

Tempted to get on Ebay and buy a whole set of new blue plastics, clean up all the much on the bike and have it looking gleaming again :) Also,  for some reason, after looking at pics of other bikes with this headlight, it seems to point down a fair bit. I'm guess it's due to the bulbous ****ing dial assembly and I'll have to fork out for a vapour for it to sit right? :P

cant you just extent the bottom out a tad? as in a inch long bar you bolt one end to the headlight bottom hole and the outher the the mount on that rubber fork strap

I could just get some metal bars with holes in aye, and then space the bottom out a bit but ideally I'm getting rid of the dash anyway and going vapour so that everything sits closer to the forks. It's pissing annoying as it is though lol

Ought to be careful how you set up the vapor mate.

I made my own mounts that runs off the forks. Instead of their way where it runs off the handle bars.

My way allows me to sit beneath the head unit.

I was thinking, I'm pretty handy with some sheet metal so might just make up a mount that sits above my renthals, but bolts onto the existing handlebar risers. Then I won't anything front wheel side of the forks apart from the light and wiring

Dunno why I said ought to be careful.

Doesn't really matter. It's designed to work their way. I just wanted it neat.
