when tightening the swingarm pivot bolt does rear wheel need to be off the floor ? Doo

The swing arm linkage unit should be attached to the suspension unit

its all assembled but wanted to know when torqin up pivot bolt shud rear wheel be on floor when tightenin it up as in the pivot shaft/bolt ??
