I'm trying to do my USD's.

 

My engineer discussed possibilities with me about how we should mod the bike.

 

We've decided to mod the frame to compensate for the bigger yokes.

 

So I went to Wemoto to buy the new Tapered bearings. This was on the 11th and they said they dispatched it on the 12th. It's now the 24th and still no bearings.

 I contacted them and they confirmed they've sent it. Now I've used Wemoto lots of times and the last order took well over 40 days to arrive, but they always kept me informed and ultimately the package arrived.

I've heard from them today and they've sent out the order again.

I'm not complaining I just want to praise their service and i'll confirm the arrival of the package.

I think their prices are good and generally a good service. However some of the dopes in the shop and on the phone are, well.... dopes. I rang before and asked if i could come by and pick up some parts. I asked them to check if they were in stock and they said "if its on the website , its in stock".


when i turned up, they wernt in stock...
