YAMAHA FACTORY COLOUR CODING

I'm sure I remember you saying yours was a 4BL bike, I could be wrong, but the info I have is: DT125RE 4BL8 1998 (the last 4BL coded model) made for France, MODEL COLOUR SCHEMES were either Yamaha Black (0033) Purplish White Solid 1 (0206) Deep Puplish Blue solid E (0583)
The specific tank diagrams show 2 different pictures for colour coding, one shows DPBMC (Deep Purplish Blue Metalic 'C'?, second shows YB (YAMAHA BLACK 0033), and UB/PWS1, UB (Black Undercoat 0083) PWS1 (Purplish White Solid 1 0206)

Just what I've been looking for. Do you know which is the code for the blue tanks? 1999 model.

The bike is a 4bl but as phillipes sticker sets are from the 1999 I'm going with that.

i know this is a bit of a late reply but the clue to the model is in the frame number.. (sorry if you already know this!!)

my last 1999 DT frame number started JYADE031

My new DT is a 2002 model (on a 2001 plate) and the frame number starts JYA4BL00 and was one of the last productions for France!!!

the tank colour was Deep Purplish Blue Metallic C

Do you know wich of those codes are for the frame ? The blue color on most blue frames, or particulary the wr426f ? And what kind of codes are those ? My local paint shop wanted RAL codes xD and NCS or something...

There is a different color on the frame, i dont think the one called just yamaha blue is the right one..
