Anyone in bradford and knows the shop motoXmatrix? i purchased a Vapor trailtech unit from ebay and it has arrived but is the incorrect one (not for a water cooled bike).
I have been trying to contact them by phone and email but have had no response at all! Getting a bit peed off now so wanted to know if anyone knew where it is and might be able to help me get in touch with them?
I've bought stuff from them before, think it was an Polisport headlight, I missed the delivery and went up the post office the next day to collect it, when I got there I was told it had gone missing and presumably been sent back to the sender, so I contacted them and they replied pretty quickly saying no worries he would send it again, didnt have to anyway as post office phoned me later that day saying theyd found it, but the point is he did reply!
