Do you have the dep expansion chamber? They just slot together well designed

If it's the dep end cap onto a standard chamber you need a gasket

Hi all i got my dt yesterday and if i put my hand on endcan it doesnt cut out and smoke comes out from a panel when i do it so i took the panel off to find out there was a jubilee clip holding it togetherno how should they properly fit? its loud dont want it blowing :(

any help is appreciated

dep expansion and endcan,
and mine smokes out of the gap when chokes on :/

Well yeah, with the choke on the engine is COLD, When its cold you can visually see more smoke coming out of the exhaust, that would explain why its noticable with the choke on that smokes coming out of the gap, like harry suggested if its blowing where both the silencer and chamber meets then use the exhaust rubber pipe to seal it

I swear I noticed a small performance gain with that rubber as well lmao!

Put your fingers round it can you feel gas coming out?

A rubber will sort it either way used it in the past to cover up 1cm / 2cm complete gaps

Hose clip and some exhaust wrap will do the trick too!
