i know this is probably an old question but what would be the best size carb for a tuned or big bore engine and what carb type or off what bike ?ie yz or similar

old enough to remember air cooled dts and had one !
All depends on what kind of work you have done. The Yamaha TZR125 Belgarda which used the same engine as the DT125 but ported and tuned, put out 33bhp and used a 32mm Dellorto Carb.
