People who want looks tend to swap the front and rear mudguards for the YZ style ones which are about 30 quid each on ebay. Some people go for a an after market headlight unit which are also around the same, some are more expensive.
Graphics kits are popular for around £100 from D&D online
Fork gaitors often get changed. Acerbis do a nice nice set of neoprene covers.
The rear numberplate holder/light unit gets changed. again acerbis is popular.
Handguards
Chopping the rear panels yourself to make them more streamline/motocross looking
Others opt for performance with things like..
Upgraded Reeds or reedblocks
Installing the YPVS if not already there
swapping the cylinder head for a high compression 3MB version if not already done
Gutting the standard pipe to remove restrictions
replacing pipe with sports pipe (could also come under looks)
Some of those arent so much cheap and cheerful but gives you an idea of some mods that many people do
