Eze fella you got the magic driver now haha you watch how easy they come out ,and if they won't as above cut a slot into them and use the flat impact driver ,you can heat it with a heat gun/paint stripper gun,let us know how u get on dude

Heat up the surrounding area. Use leverage.

Ok first find the best fitting driver you have ,when it's in the screw head give it a good couple of hits with a hammer on the other end should just undo after

A blow torch mate doubt a hairdrier would be hot enough. I would strongly sugest you get a philips head for your driver.

If you start rounding the heads off you will have to cut slots in them and use a flat impact peice, and if that fails you will have to use easy outs which hardly ever work in my expeirience. Then you will have to drill and tap the holes,

so yeah be patient and get a philips driver for your impact driver speaking from experience it can get messy when you dont use the right tools in the first place.

For seized bolts I use a flat head and a hammer just smash it the right way.

If your actually rebuilding an engine you can just drill/ grind down the head of bolt/screw then after removing the sidecase etc get grips on the shaft to remove the rest ,hope u got yours out Eze
